Like the Island of Misfit Toys, this page is full of artwork without a home planet of meaning or project purpose. These are the doodles and paintings in my sketchbooks throughout the years, ranging from my attempts at illustrative poetry, to my absolutely nonsensical personification of fruit, and finally the start of when I decided to create my own creatures of joy and imagination: The Glubs. Experimenting with materials, abstract styles, and digital stickers, I try to do something new everytime I put my pen to paper (or iPad). I design dragon tattoos for friends, I visualize song lyrics and illustrate them, I work with pastels, watercolor, and paint. Anything and everything, these are the projects I want to share.
